Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with a strong background in the real estate domain to lead quality assurance efforts across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom mobile applications. This role demands both manual and automated testing expertise, with a focus on data accuracy, API functionality, and seamless integration within Salesforce platforms.

Role Summary
As the Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for executing full-lifecycle testing, including regression, UAT, integration, and data validation across Salesforce and mobile platforms. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, manage test coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems in the real estate sector.
What You’ll Do
* Lead manual and automated testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom mobile applications
* Execute regression, user acceptance, and integration testing in agile development environments
* Perform API testing and automate test cases for web/mobile workflows
* Write and run complex SQL queries to validate backend data accuracy
* Log, manage, and track issues using JIRA or similar tools
* Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test coverage and resolve defects
* Contribute to QA strategies, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure quality gates are met across releases in fast-paced development cycles
Ideal Profile
* 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA
* Proven expertise in testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and mobile interfaces
* Strong command of API testing tools and automation frameworks
* Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory
* Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing)
* Excellent understanding of SQL for data validation and backend testing
* Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
* Must be based in UAE or willing to relocate
* Immediate joiners will be given preference
