Job Overview

The SAP Application Support Specialist will handle the functional and technical stability of SAP environments, ensuring seamless performance across modules like FI, MM, SD, and HCM. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver expert-level support for core SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, HCM)

* Apply patches, updates, and ensure system security and performance
* Customize and integrate SAP with enterprise systems
* Engage with business users to gather and translate functional needs
* Conduct end-user training, develop user guides, and offer daily support
* Track and support SAP-related projects with clear reporting and execution
* Collaborate with IT developers, consultants, and vendors for issue resolution
* Ensure all SAP configurations comply with tax laws and internal audit policies

Job Requirements

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:

* Minimum of 8 years of SAP application support in enterprise environments
* Experience with SAP implementation or upgrade projects is a plus

Skills:

* Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory
* Strong technical knowledge in FI, MM, SD, HCM modules
* Experience in ABAP debugging and SAP Basis support
* Familiarity with IDocs, RFCs, and API-based integrations
* Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* SAP certifications are preferred
