Position Overview
We are hiring a SAP FICO Functional Lead in Bangalore to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO modules as part of our India expansion. This role acts as a key link between finance and technology teams, ensuring that financial processes are aligned with business objectives and fully supported by SAP systems.

What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support projects
* Gather and analyze business requirements and design FICO solutions that integrate with other SAP modules
* Configure and maintain SAP FICO components such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, PCA, and CCA
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SD, MM, and HCM, for seamless system integration
* Manage key project phases including data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live support
* Provide training sessions for finance users and develop system documentation for long-term use
* Ensure compliance with Indian taxation requirements such as GST and TDS and support statutory reporting
Ideal Profile
* 10–15 years of relevant experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations
* Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and integration with other modules
* In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws and financial compliance
* Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
* Educational qualification: CA, ICWA, or MBA Finance preferred
