Join Dicetek in Dubai as a Scrum Master / Product Specialist and play a key role in driving Agile methodologies within our teams. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can guide teams, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as a servant-leader, supporting Agile teams in adhering to Scrum principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring sprint goals are met on time.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in process enhancements.
- Track team progress, report on Agile metrics, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the team and organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to foster team collaboration and drive successful Agile adoption.
