* Define information flows, user roles, approval stages, exception handling, and escalation paths.
* Develop reusable workflow patterns that can be adapted across departments and use cases.
* Apply systems thinking to understand dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and downstream process effects.
* Establish practical success measures covering time savings, quality, adoption, throughput, and cost.
* Analyze workflow performance and recommend evidence-based improvements.
* Guide stakeholders on safe and effective use of enterprise generative AI.
* Support adoption programmes through demonstrations, training materials, operating guidance, and change plans.
