Key Responsibilities
* Discover productivity problems through stakeholder interviews, workflow observation, and process-data analysis.
* Prioritize AI opportunities according to business value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness.
* Convert selected use cases into detailed workflow designs and implementation plans.
* Configure and refine automations using ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, and equivalent platforms.
* Define prompts, reusable instructions, context sources, tool interactions, and validation stages.
* Establish human checkpoints for sensitive decisions, exceptions, and quality assurance.
* Design cross-platform solutions that remain adaptable as enterprise tools and environments change.
* Develop integration patterns for knowledge bases, collaboration applications, and process platforms.
* Plan secure information movement between AI tools and authorized enterprise resources.
* Test workflows using realistic scenarios, edge cases, incomplete inputs, and failure conditions.
* Assess results for factual reliability, process compliance, user experience, and operational stability.
* Track productivity indicators before and after deployment to quantify business improvement.
* Review performance data and revise workflows when outcomes fall below expectations.
* Produce recommendations grounded in system-wide effects and measurable evidence.
