Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, digital transformation, or software project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and SDLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project management software.
- Expertise in process modeling, data analysis, and prototyping tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, or mobile application development.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
