Senior Creative Multimedia Specialist

As a Senior Creative Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for designing visual content across various platforms, including project and event materials, brochures, logos, social media content, and outdoor signage. Your role requires innovative thinking, a keen eye for design trends, and the ability to create high-impact visuals that enhance brand storytelling. Videography will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring high-quality video content that aligns with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling digital and print materials, including brochures, emailers, newsletters, social media posts, and large-scale signages such as digital billboards
- Develop innovative and engaging brand identities, logos, and digital screen content for high-profile projects
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, to create visually stunning multimedia content
- Capture and edit high-quality videos to enhance brand storytelling and digital marketing initiatives
- Apply motion design and animation techniques to create interactive digital content
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and execute design concepts
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Conduct quality checks and proofread all design assets before publication
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into creative projects
- Take ownership of the creative process from ideation to final delivery
Required Skills and Experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of creative experience in the UAE, either in-house or within an agency environment
- Proven expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing
- Strong experience in motion design and animation
- Hands-on experience in both digital and print media
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and multimedia projects
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Expertise in motion graphics, typography, branding, and layout design
- Strong video production and editing skills, with experience in storytelling through videography
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is an advantage
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in creative projects
- Immediate availability is preferred
