Senior D365 SCM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation
Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant in Dubai to lead end-to-end implementations and provide expert functional consultancy across core Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience, including five full lifecycle implementations, and hold mandatory Microsoft certification (MB-330). This role requires occasional travel and a deep understanding of SCM domains such as procurement, inventory, advanced warehousing, and production control.

Core Duties
* Lead complete D365 SCM implementation cycles across varied industries and client sizes
* Provide hands-on consulting in P2P, O2C, WMS, Inventory, Manufacturing, PIM, Master Planning, and Landed Cost
* Conduct business requirement workshops and perform gap-fit analysis aligned with client goals
* Configure Dynamics 365 SCM modules to align with best practices and specific operational needs
* Coordinate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and PMO to ensure solution delivery
* Guide integration activities with legacy or third-party systems and ensure smooth data migration
* Deliver user training and post-go-live support to maximize adoption and minimize transition risks
* Continuously monitor D365 enhancements and contribute to internal capability development
* Ensure compliance with implementation methodology and documentation standards
* Travel to client locations (regional/international) as per project requirements
Candidate Requirements
* Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM functional roles
* Minimum of 5 successful full-cycle implementations across key SCM modules
* Strong domain knowledge in:
* Procure to Pay (P2P)
* Order to Cash (O2C)
* Inventory Management
* Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
* Production Control (Manufacturing)
* Master Planning
* Product Information Management (PIM)
* Landed Cost
* Proficiency in business analysis, documentation, solution configuration, and training
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) – Mandatory
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or relevant field
* Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments
* Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based and hybrid D365 deployments
* Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
* Prior involvement in integrations with third-party ERPs or custom SCM tools
