Position Overview
The Senior IT Enterprise Solutions Business Analyst is responsible for bridging business objectives with technology capabilities to deliver digital transformation and operational excellence. This role focuses on analyzing complex processes, defining requirements, and supporting enterprise systems such as ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP), IBM Maximo, and other mission-critical solutions. By collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, the role ensures technology solutions are aligned with strategic goals, scalable, and compliant with governance frameworks.

Core Duties
* Lead analysis, mapping, and optimization of enterprise-wide processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Logistics, and Operations.
* Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into solution specifications for developers, architects, and vendors.
* Conduct feasibility studies, gap assessments, and impact analyses for enterprise system enhancements.
* Support ERP (Oracle, SAP), IBM Maximo, and other platforms through implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.
* Oversee project lifecycle activities including UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
* Develop training materials, user manuals, and facilitate workshops for users.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards such as ISO 20000 and IT governance frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of business analysis or enterprise system implementation experience.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
* Experience with Asset Management Systems, ideally IBM Maximo.
* Exposure to business domains including Finance, Procurement, HR, and Logistics.
* Skilled in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and documentation.
* Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
