Senior Java Microservices Engineer
Join a dynamic technology team where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and BPM technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale implementations, optimize system performance, and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate across multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration of microservices and BPM tools while enhancing scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, JPA, Hibernate, and React JS
- Develop scalable and optimized backend solutions with BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Camunda, and Omniflow
- Design and implement high-performance database queries and optimize Oracle DB 11g solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes to minimize business impact
- Conduct discovery and design sessions to analyze core business processes and transition legacy systems to workflow-based frameworks
- Customize legacy utilities to support microservices-based architectures and enhance reusability
- Lead technology workshops and training sessions to upskill development teams
- Engage in Agile project management methodologies, ensuring seamless solution delivery
- Develop application blueprints, data migration strategies, and performance optimization roadmaps
- Provide end-to-end application development, including production support, troubleshooting, scalability, and clustering solutions
Required Skills and Experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of functional lead consultant experience with expertise in Java and J2EE implementations
- At least 3 end-to-end microservices implementation projects
- 2+ years of production support experience in BPM and Microservices environments
- Strong knowledge of Java, JSF, Ajax, J2EE, SOA, ESB, JMS, Web Services, EJB, JAAS, JAXP, jQuery, and Struts
- Hands-on experience with BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Camunda, Omniflow, and Omniscan
- Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and implementing high-availability clustering solutions
Technical Skills
- Expertise in microservices architecture and BPM technologies
- Strong knowledge of optimized database queries and Oracle DB 11g
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices
- Ability to lead change management activities, including process definitions and implementations
