Position Overview
DP World Dubai is hiring a Senior Manager for Enterprise Systems – CRM to lead the transformation of its customer relationship management ecosystem into a unified, strategic platform. This role drives the global CRM roadmap, implementation, and optimization across sales, marketing, service, and loyalty functions — ensuring a seamless and data-driven customer experience that supports DP World’s global trade mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute the global CRM strategy aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals
* Oversee the implementation, vendor selection, and solution architecture of CRM systems across business units
* Transform the CRM platform into a data-centric engagement hub covering sales, service, loyalty, and marketing automation
* Collaborate with commercial, digital, and customer experience teams to enhance platform adoption and performance
* Establish customer data governance, unified 360-degree profiles, and integration with enterprise systems
* Manage day-to-day CRM operations to ensure high service uptime and optimal user experience
* Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, analysts, and developers

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred)
* 12+ years of experience in CRM management using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent
* Proven record of delivering enterprise-wide CRM transformations across multiple functions
* Strong understanding of API-based architectures, data integration, and middleware solutions
* Expertise in Agile or DevOps methodologies and customer-centric delivery
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and change management skills
* Experience working with multi-region, cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with AI/ML, personalization, and loyalty technologies
