Senior Project Manager – Digital Assets & Crypto Dubai
Dicetek is hiring a Techno-Functional Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives in the domain of digital assets and cryptocurrency. This role requires proven experience managing large-scale digital projects, excellent stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital projects related to crypto platforms and digital asset infrastructure
* Define project scope, objectives, and delivery milestones in collaboration with product and engineering teams
* Manage cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors
* Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog reviews, and retrospective sessions
* Coordinate project activities using both Agile and Waterfall models based on project phase and stakeholder requirements
* Monitor project performance, manage risk and mitigation plans, and ensure timely delivery
* Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, blockers, and priorities
* Serve as the central point of contact for project governance, reporting, and executive updates
* Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment for all digital asset implementations
* Oversee third-party integrations, API coordination, and secure transaction handling across platforms
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred
Experience
* 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
* Solid track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives, including crypto or fintech projects
Skills
* Strong technical and functional understanding of digital platforms and crypto architecture
* Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery models
* Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and vendor coordination skills
* Familiarity with digital wallets, blockchain transactions, and digital asset lifecycle
* Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
Domain Preference
* Proven experience managing crypto, blockchain, or digital asset projects
