This position sits at the center of Al Ghurair Investment\'s AI transformation program. The specialist will convert complex business
requirements into scalable intelligent systems, taking ownership from early experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Successful solutions will reduce manual work, improve access to enterprise knowledge, and generate measurable operational value.
Key Responsibilities
* Design complete AI and machine learning solutions from business problem definition to production release.
* Develop enterprise applications using Large Language Models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI frameworks.
* Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, document processing, knowledge retrieval, and contextual reasoning.
* Create, fine-tune, test, and evaluate models against accuracy, reliability, latency, and business-value measures.
* Deliver use cases involving document intelligence, workflow automation, forecasting, churn prediction, and management reporting.
* Use exploratory data analysis and statistical methods to identify patterns and guide modelling decisions.
* Apply time-series forecasting, regression techniques, and tree-based algorithms such as XGBoost where appropriate.
* Structure vector-based search and retrieval workflows for accurate, context-aware enterprise responses.
* Incorporate model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and CI-CD controls into deployment practices.
* Work with data engineers, software developers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver usable solutions.
* Translate advanced AI concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Maintain architecture diagrams, model records, workflow documentation, and operational guidance.
* Promote transparent, ethical, secure, and fair AI practices aligned with enterprise governance.
* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical additions to the innovation roadmap.
Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate holds a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline. The role requires five to eight years of professional experience across data science, machine learning, or applied AI, including proven delivery of enterprise solutions.
Strong practical experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, contextual reasoning, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems is essential. Certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud AI platforms, generative AI, MLOps, or responsible AI would strengthen the application.
