Key Responsibilities
* Define and support digital platform structures and data models for systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, and related project platforms.
* Ensure digital systems are scalable, well organized, secure, and aligned with business, reporting, and project delivery requirements.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users, project teams, consultants, suppliers, and delivery partners.
* Translate operational needs into system configurations, platform enhancements, workflows, dashboards, and digital solutions.
* Administer and maintain digital systems, document control platforms, and data environments.
* Ensure data is accurate, accessible, governed, controlled, and aligned with business standards.
* Support reporting and analytics by structuring data, enabling integration, and contributing to dashboards and visualizations.
* Develop and support dashboards and reporting outputs using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
* Support automation of data processes, approval workflows, reporting routines, and system tasks using Microsoft tools and scripting.
* Use Power Automate, Python, SQL, and related tools to support workflow automation and system enhancements.

* Equivalent practical experience in digital systems, data platforms, or reporting environments may be considered.
* 2-5+ years of experience in digital systems, data platforms, reporting environments, document control systems, or project technology support.
* Experience in project, construction, hospitality, development, or delivery settings is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
* Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site structure, permissions, content management, workflows, and platform configuration.
* Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments.
* Experience working with structured and unstructured data for processing, reporting, analysis, and integration.
* Familiarity with automation tools and scripting such as Power Automate, Python, SQL, or equivalent technologies.
