Position Overview
The Senior Team Leader – AI Development and Operations will drive RTA’s enterprise-wide artificial intelligence strategy, leading the development, deployment, and management of AI platforms that support decision-making and digital transformation. This role ensures scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with UAE’s national AI strategy while promoting innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage the AI Development and Operations Section, executing AI roadmaps and strategic projects.
* Ensure technical readiness, reliability, and performance monitoring of AI solutions and platforms.
* Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to maintain scalability, security, and service continuity.
* Supervise testing, validation, and operational deployment of AI solutions to meet RTA standards.
* Manage vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and technical partnerships for AI platforms.
* Ensure data integration and pipeline management for AI use cases across departments.
* Establish and oversee AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
* Provide training, documentation, and operational support for AI platforms and applications.
* Enforce strict adherence to information security policies and reporting requirements.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* At least 11 years of progressive experience in AI, data science, and technical operations leadership.
* Proven expertise in delivering enterprise AI solutions and managing large-scale AI platforms.
* Strong leadership skills in managing AI, machine learning, and big data analytics teams.
* Deep knowledge of AI operational environments, cloud computing, and robotic process automation.
* Familiarity with UAT processes, AI governance frameworks, ethics, and information security protocols.
