Position Overview
The Senior Team Leader – Data and Platform Management will lead RTA’s strategy for corporate data governance and digital infrastructure. This role oversees the development of scalable data platforms, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides secure, high-quality data to enable analytics, business intelligence, and AI use cases across the organization.

What You’ll Do

* Manage RTA’s corporate data repository while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
* Oversee the design and operation of big data platforms, enabling advanced analytics and corporate insights.
* Implement a comprehensive data governance roadmap aligned with UAE national policies.
* Drive data quality improvement initiatives across platforms with sustainable enhancement mechanisms.
* Coordinate with Dubai Digital Authority and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in data exchange.
* Provide integrated, secure access to data for enterprise analytics and AI applications.
* Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data models and databases.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* At least 11 years of experience in enterprise data management, digital platforms, and infrastructure development.
* Proven expertise in data governance, big data analytics, cloud computing, and AI governance frameworks.
* Strong background in technical project management and cross-functional leadership.
* Exceptional analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
