Position Overview
The Senior Test Automation Engineer – Tricentis Tosca – Dicetek Dubai will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks across SAP and non-SAP platforms. The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Tosca, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps integration. This position plays a key role in ensuring scalable, robust test automation aligned with business processes and enterprise systems.

Core Duties
* Design and implement automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for SAP and non-SAP systems
* Develop and execute automated test cases for APIs, services, and user workflows
* Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous delivery and regression coverage
* Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements
* Use service virtualization where required to simulate unavailable systems during testing
* Apply Tricentis Change Impact Analysis (CIA) for regression test optimization
* Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation runs are reliable and scalable
* Deliver detailed test reports and dashboards for technical and business audiences
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviews
* Mentor junior automation testers and enforce best practices in automation governance
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 6 years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years hands-on with Tricentis Tosca
* Proven experience in Agile and waterfall environments with strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
* Expertise in Azure DevOps (boards, repos, pipelines, test plans)
* Strong skills in API testing and automation with Tosca
* Experience implementing CI/CD test automation pipelines, ideally for SAP landscapes
* Working knowledge of Tricentis CIA tool for regression optimization
* Experience with scripting languages (Java, Python, or VBScript) for test frameworks
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
* Exposure to SAP taxation systems and related integrations
* Familiarity with Tricentis NeoLoad for performance testing
* Experience with hybrid test frameworks (BDD, data-driven, keyword-driven)
