Role Context
The Service Coordinator - ELV Systems role supports the AMC Services Team by keeping technical service operations organized, responsive, and aligned with client expectations. The role acts as the central coordination point for preventive maintenance schedules, service requests, engineer deployment, subcontractor follow-ups, material coordination, and client updates.
The successful candidate will help reduce service delays, improve work order visibility, maintain proper documentation, and support operational teams in delivering reliable after-sales maintenance services for critical ELV and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily service operations for the AMC Services Team and ensure smooth execution of planned and reactive service activities.
* Schedule preventive planned maintenance activities in line with the approved annual maintenance plan.
* Receive, log, update, and monitor service requests through the ManageEngine portal.
* Arrange timely deployment of engineers and technicians based on service priority, location, and operational requirements.
* Monitor daily service activities to reduce disruption to client operations and support timely job completion.
* Serve as the main communication point between clients, field teams, subcontractors, procurement, and operations teams.
* Track work progress and update service records until requests are closed within agreed SLA timelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, service reports, maintenance updates, and client reporting.
* Prepare and manage technical documentation in line with ADMCC guidelines where required.
* Provide clients with timely updates on work status, pending actions, schedules, and service completion.
* Escalate unresolved, urgent, or high-priority issues to the Service Manager for faster resolution.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and procurement teams to ensure material availability for scheduled tasks and casual jobs.
* Support service execution for ELV systems including CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, data, and voice systems.
* Ensure service activities follow company standards, safety procedures, quality expectations, and operational guidelines.
* Keep internal records organized for reporting, review, audit, and future service planning.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has a 3-year Diploma or B. Tech qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field, with 2-4 years of experience in service coordination, work scheduling, operations support, or technical customer service within ELV, security, or technology infrastructure environments.
Experience with CCTV, access control systems, Wi-Fi, data networks, voice systems, AMC support, preventive maintenance scheduling, and service request tracking will be important for this role. Knowledge of ADMCC technical documentation will be an added advantage.
The candidate should be organized, responsive, and confident in handling multiple service requests while maintaining clear communication with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
