Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain self-hosted or on-premises instances of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, and troubleshooting to proactively address technical issues.
- Implement architecture standards and best practices for ServiceNow environments.
- Optimize storage technologies and networking configurations to enhance system efficiency.
- Oversee security measures, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Work with MariaDB, F5 Load Balancers, backup, and replication tools to maintain data integrity and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and meet business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration, especially RedHat.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as DNS and storage technologies.
- Hands-on experience with security management, including access controls and encryption.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing system performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
