Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate operational and technical readiness of systems, facilities, branches, or business units before integration or implementation begins.
* Coordinate the end-to-end integration process for new sites, service locations, and business extensions within agreed project timelines.
* Manage onboarding activities for new branches or facility expansions, including readiness validation, connectivity checks, and basic functionality testing.
* Work with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to confirm requirements for successful integration or reintegration.
* Track deployment, onboarding, release, and site readiness progress using designated project or operational tracking tools.
* Prepare and publish regular updates on upcoming releases, deployments, site onboarding status, and implementation progress.
* Compile, review, and submit periodic onboarding and integration performance reports for management review.
* Investigate and coordinate resolution of post-deployment issues linked to onboarding, connectivity, functionality, or integration activities.
* Support re-engagement activities with partners or internal teams when systems, branches, or business units require reintegration.
* Maintain accurate documentation of readiness checks, integration steps, issue logs, action items, and completion status.
* Escalate risks, delays, missing requirements, or operational gaps to the line manager or relevant stakeholders.
* Support additional tasks related to site onboarding, implementation coordination, and integration support as assigned.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience in site onboarding, systems implementation, integration coordination, deployment support, or technical project coordination.
* Good understanding of operational readiness checks, connectivity validation, basic system testing, and implementation tracking.
* Ability to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and business users to complete onboarding activities.
* Strong reporting skills with the ability to prepare clear updates, performance summaries, and progress reports.
* Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow timelines, track dependencies, and manage multiple onboarding tasks.
* Comfortable investigating post-deployment issues and coordinating practical fixes with technical and operational teams.
* Good communication skills and a structured approach to documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination.
