What You’ll Do
* Design and manage fault-tolerant infrastructure using AWS and Azure cloud environments
* Develop backend solutions using Java and .NET Core to enhance software reliability and scalability
* Manage relational (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for performance and consistency
* Integrate microservices, APIs, and enterprise middleware platforms to ensure seamless interoperability
* Apply cybersecurity best practices to all system layers, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies
* Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and orchestrate Docker/Kubernetes environments
* Track and evaluate emerging Fintech technologies including blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallet services
* Document architecture and infrastructure using Visio, Draw.io, and maintain audit-ready records
* Collaborate across DevOps, Security, and Software teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
* 7–10 years’ experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
* Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
* Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, and secure integration protocols
* Knowledge of security frameworks and privacy regulations is preferred
* Passion for Fintech and innovation with solid communication and problem-solving skills
