We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Card Issuing Systems to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance payment solutions. The role involves defining architectures for digital platforms, integrating with core banking and payment networks, and ensuring compliance with international and local regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in card lifecycle management, payment networks, integration technologies, and cloud-native architectures.

What You’ll Do
* Architect and design card issuance solutions covering issuance, activation, renewal, and replacement processes.
* Work with card management platforms such as TSYS, FIS, First Data, or in-house solutions.
* Integrate card systems with core banking, fraud detection systems, and
digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
* Design and implement RESTful APIs for card services and related integrations.
* Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, EMV, and local regulatory standards.
* Oversee cryptography, secure key management, and tokenization practices.
* Develop scalable, resilient solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Implement containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business and technical goals.
* Support agile delivery processes, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Extensive experience in digital architecture, web and mobile app integration, and cloud-native design.
* Strong background in card issuing systems and lifecycle management.
* Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and local payment schemes.
* Experience with BIN management, tokenization, and EMV standards.
* Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and integrating with financial platforms.
* Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.
* Solid understanding of security standards and regulatory compliance in payments.
