System Administrator - Azure and Office 365 Infrastructure DubaiPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage our hybrid IT infrastructure, including on-premises servers, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft 365 environment. This role is critical for ensuring system stability, security, and performance while supporting business continuity and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do
* Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers across on-prem and Azure environments
* Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and capacity
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-level issues related to hardware, network, and system components
* Deploy, configure, and manage Azure services and virtual machines while implementing cost-optimization strategies
* Ensure compliance and security of cloud resources with robust configurations
* Manage and monitor backup
systems to guarantee data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
* Administer storage environments and maintain efficient data management
* Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licensing, and permissions
* Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools while ensuring service health
* Implement and enforce security policies including MFA, DLP, and compliance standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
* 6–8 years of experience in system administration with expertise in hybrid environments
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Office 365 administration
* Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
* Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning
* Microsoft certifications in Azure or Office 365 preferred
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
