Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Design Reviewer to oversee solution verification and integration readiness for an enterprise-grade Contact Center program. The role involves reviewing system architecture, ensuring compliance with design standards, and validating integrations across platforms such as Genesys, CRM, AI/NLP systems, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will act as a client-side technical authority, ensuring that all solutions meet functional, security, and interoperability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design Verification and Technical Review
Collaborate with vendors to review and verify solution architecture components including:

* Genesys platform setup and multichannel enablement
* CRM integration and data flow design
* AI and NLP platforms such as Kore.ai and OpenAI for chatbot and automation solutions
* Cloud deployment environments (AWS, Azure) and associated security zones
* Network design, high availability, and disaster recovery configurations
* Customer experience flows, service catalogues, and knowledge base structures
* Agent layer solutions such as desktop applications and workforce management systems
Prepare formal review reports summarizing findings, gaps, and recommendations for approval.

Integration Readiness
Ensure the Contact Center platform is technically ready for integration with internal systems and external third-party services.
Collaborate with vendors and in-house teams to define and validate integration requirements and interface specifications.
Ensure all designs support secure, real-time data exchange and comply with UAE government interoperability and cybersecurity standards.
Support validation, functional testing, and UAT of integration components.

Technical Governance and Documentation
Review high-level and low-level design documents, APIs, and data flow diagrams for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical design, and implementation deliverables.
Document all architecture-related risks, dependencies, and required mitigation actions.

Collaboration and Reporting
Act as the technical advisor during design workshops and vendor review sessions.
Provide structured feedback to project leadership and escalate technical risks or non-compliance issues.
Contribute to project technical governance meetings with actionable insights and progress updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in solution design, system architecture, or technical governance roles within large enterprise or government environments.
Strong knowledge of Contact Center technologies, particularly Genesys Cloud and CRM integrations.
Familiarity with AI/NLP frameworks such as Kore.ai, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and secure architecture design.
Understanding of network architecture, disaster recovery, and high availability principles.
Ability to assess and document end-to-end data flow and integration requirements.
Proficiency in reading and reviewing HLD, LLD, API, and data mapping documentation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with experience in stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in architecture, cloud (AWS/Azure), or Genesys platforms.
