Technical Product Owner – Dubai, UAEPosition Overview
The Technical Product Owner – Dubai, UAE will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment of IT roadmaps with strategic goals. The role involves managing business requirements, backlog refinement, and technical evaluations while supporting product delivery in Agile environments.

What You’ll Do
* Partner with business unit leaders to align IT portfolio and roadmaps with strategic objectives
* Collaborate with product owners to define, manage, and prioritize user stories and backlog items
* Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure technical and business fit
* Support business case preparation, vendor assessments, and technical capability evaluations
* Participate in BRD preparation, requirement documentation, and sprint planning
* Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready
with clear acceptance criteria and traceability
* Contribute to solution definition and architecture development with engineering teams
* Engage in testing cycles to validate delivery against requirements
* Drive change requests and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Support continuous improvement of delivery practices, tools, and methodologies
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
* 5–7 years of experience in product ownership or similar roles with 3–5 years in relevant business domains
* Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Design Thinking practices
* Exposure to UI/UX design, web and mobile development, and automation/AI initiatives
* Experience with SAP, SAP Sales Cloud, JIRA, and DevOps tools preferred
* Strong understanding of sales processes and digital transformation in retail or automotive sectors
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
