Position Overview
Technical Service Engineer – Office Automation – Dubai, UAE will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining photocopiers, fax machines, and printers. The role also involves networking, programming, and installation support to ensure reliable operations for clients, while promoting customer engagement and long-term product usability.

What You’ll Do
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair photocopiers, fax machines, and printers
* Install and configure devices, including networking and programming tasks
* Achieve KPIs, revenue targets, and service objectives in the assigned territory
* Provide professional communication and repair-related education to customers
* Support cross-functional learning, including IT, AV, and mobile technologies
* Work on field-based assignments and project deployments as required
* Improve service penetration within allocated areas and maintain customer engagement
Ideal Profile
* Diploma in Electronics or Engineering (Degree preferred)
* 3–5 years of experience in technical maintenance of office automation products and printers
* Strong diagnostic and networking skills with IT proficiency
* Experience in handling customer interactions and providing technical education
* Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to manage information, negotiate effectively, and work across functions
