Key Responsibilities
Technology Delivery and Strategy
- Define and execute technology roadmaps for large-scale banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging modern cloud, API, and microservices-based architectures
- Implement strong risk management frameworks, ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity best practices
- Ensure technology solutions comply with banking regulations and industry standards
Project and Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional teams, including team leads, developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and regulators, to define and prioritize technology solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing risks, dependencies, and resource constraints effectively
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
Full-Stack Technology Leadership
- Drive full-stack technology adoption, including front-end (React), back-end (Java, Spring Boot), and database technologies
- Ensure robust software architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization
- Advocate for DevOps, test automation, cloud-native development, and API-driven architecture
Skills and Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology delivery or solution build roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of banking systems, payments, and compliance systems
- Proficiency in full-stack technologies, including Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), cloud platforms (Azure), and databases
- Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive technology transformation
- Experience in team management, delivery planning, and solution architecture
