Telesales Executive – Software Solutions – Dubai, UAE will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales calls, SMS marketing campaigns, and direct engagement with prospective clients. The role focuses on lead generation, customer conversion, and building long-term client relationships to support business growth.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote and sell software products
* Plan, execute, and track SMS marketing campaigns for lead generation
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and digital campaigns
* Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to clients
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate sales and lead data in CRM systems
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent sales messaging
* Gather and relay customer feedback to support product improvements
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
* 2–4 years of telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in IT or software solutions
* Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
* Ability to manage SMS marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives
* Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills
