Position Overview
The UI and UX Designer will create visually compelling user experiences for marketing websites, digital platforms, and technology products. Working remotely with YO IT Consulting, the successful candidate will transform concepts and requirements into intuitive interfaces, high-quality graphics, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes.
This role suits a detail-oriented designer with a distinctive visual style, strong storytelling ability, and a portfolio demonstrating excellent work across modern web design, branding, and digital product experiences.
What
You\'ll Do
* Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces from early concepts through final execution
* Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications in Figma
* Develop seamless digital experiences that balance user needs with business and marketing objectives
* Produce original graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for websites, campaigns, and digital products
* Apply strong typography, color, spacing, composition, and layout principles throughout each project
* Translate brand requirements into consistent and memorable digital experiences
* Collaborate with product, marketing, development, and other cross-functional teams
* Present design concepts clearly and explain the reasoning behind creative decisions
* Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining usability and visual consistency
* Prepare organized design files and specifications for efficient developer handoff
* Review implemented interfaces and identify opportunities to improve design quality
* Maintain close attention to detail across different screens, components, and responsive layouts
* Stay informed about current UI, UX, web design, and visual communication practices
Ideal Profile
* Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong UI, UX, web, and visual design capabilities
* At least 3 years of practical experience using Figma for interface design and prototyping
* Proven ability to design modern marketing websites and digital product experiences
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interface usability
* Excellent command of typography, layout, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
* Experience creating meaningful graphics, illustrations, or branded digital assets
* Creative and original approach to visual storytelling and problem-solving
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to polished execution
* Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage feedback and work effectively with distributed teams
* Experience with responsive web design and developer handoff processes is beneficial
* Skills in 3D design, illustration, motion graphics, or interactive animation are advantageous
* Familiarity with digital product branding and marketing design is preferred
