UX/UI Designer - Digital Product Experience Dubai
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile platforms. This role is central to designing end-to-end user journeys for eCommerce systems, internal tools, and customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate combines creative design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and modern design principles.

What You’ll Do
* Design user-focused interfaces for web, mobile (iOS and Android), and application platforms
* Convert business requirements and user research into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to deliver designs aligned with product goals
* Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs for improved user experience
* Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent UI across platforms
* Ensure responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized design standards are applied
* Stay informed about UX/UI trends, best practices, and new tools to continuously improve design processes
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and product lifecycle discussions
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
* 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile
* Strong portfolio demonstrating UX flows, wireframes, and final UI designs
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
* Familiarity with usability testing, user journey mapping, and design systems
* Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines
* Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
* Preferred: Experience in eCommerce, analytics tools, and motion design
