UX UI Designer (Figma Specialist)
Join Dicetek in Dubai as a UX UI Designer (Figma Specialist) and play a key role in designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for dashboards and reports. This role requires a creative professional who excels in Figma and user-centered design principles to enhance user experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces and workflows for existing and new reports using Figma or directly in Power BI
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring designs align with user expectations
- Create wireframes, user flows, and mock-ups to illustrate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user experience principles
- Collaborate with developers, Power BI designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and iterate on designs to enhance usability and functionality
- Maintain and expand the design system within Figma or other design platforms for consistency across all reports
- Stay updated on the latest UX UI trends, tools, and best practices to introduce fresh ideas for storytelling with dashboards and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects in web, portals, and reporting dashboards
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like components, variants, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering seamless and engaging user experiences
- Experience in design considerations for Power BI is a plus
- (Optional) Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage
