Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write clear, concise microcopy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding instructions
- Ensure all UX writing aligns with the product’s voice, tone, and style guidelines
- Conduct user research and collaborate with UX designers to understand user behavior, pain points, and engagement patterns
- Test and refine content based on usability testing and user feedback to improve clarity and functionality
- Maintain consistency in language and terminology across digital interfaces
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and design teams to enhance the overall user journey and product experience
- Adapt and localize content for Arabic-speaking audiences while ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English with a focus on user-centric and action-driven language
- Understanding of UX design principles, user behavior, and information architecture
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive messaging
- Experience in content strategy, usability testing, and UX research
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD is a plus
