Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the webMethods platform.
* Build ETL and ELT workflows that support secure and efficient data movement across internal and external systems.
* Develop data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration logic based on business and technical requirements.
* Work with webMethods Integration Server, Designer, Broker, or equivalent components to support middleware delivery.
* Improve data quality through cleansing, profiling, standardization, validation, and controlled transformation processes.
* Tune integration jobs, ETL pipelines, SQL queries, and data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
* Apply data warehousing concepts when designing integration flows, data structures, and transformation rules.
* Use advanced SQL for extraction, analysis, joins, query optimization, and troubleshooting of complex datasets.
* Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, architects, developers, and platform teams to define integration requirements.
* Support Informatica-based development, including PowerCenter workflows, IICS cloud pipelines, IDQ data quality processes, and MDM-related data handling.
* Contribute to metadata management, data lineage, governance, cataloging, and compliance-focused documentation where required.
* Assist in integrating webMethods with enterprise data platforms, APIs, cloud services, and hybrid data environments.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong experience as a WebMethods Developer or integration developer within enterprise IT environments.
* Hands-on knowledge of webMethods Integration Server, Designer, Broker, middleware services, and integration design patterns.
* Strong ETL and ELT development experience with practical understanding of data movement, orchestration, transformation, and pipeline optimization.
* Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, performance tuning, and data analysis.
* Good understanding of data warehousing, data quality, data cleansing, master data management, metadata, and lineage concepts.
* Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Integration, Informatica Data Quality, Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Governance, or Informatica Data Catalog is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with API integrations, middleware architecture, cloud platforms, and hybrid data environments will be an advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills for working across business and technical teams.
