Job Description

The Head of Product Service Line is responsible for aligning the product portfolio strategy with the business objectives of Emirates Global Aluminium. This role requires a deep understanding of digital transformation, industry best practices, and agile methodologies to drive business innovation and operational excellence.

The PSL Owner oversees multiple product lines, leading teams of Product Owners and technical experts to plan, develop, and implement enterprise-level digital platforms. The role plays a key part in stakeholder engagement, industry benchmarking, and roadmap execution while ensuring products align with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute a product portfolio strategy that aligns with the company’s digital transformation objectives
- Lead a cross-functional team of Product Owners, designers, and engineers to build and deploy Industry 4.0 solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business units, corporate areas, and external partners
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to ensure best practices are integrated into product development
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively managing project dependencies and escalations
- Ensure business unit KPIs are met, focusing on both financial and operational performance metrics
- Provide leadership in agile methodologies, facilitating backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvements
- Drive a culture of innovation, ensuring product teams leverage AI, automation, and data analytics
- Define and track KPIs for user adoption, engagement, and operational performance
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-value digital transformation initiatives

- Proven expertise in product management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation
- Strong experience managing distributed teams and remote stakeholders
- Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management are a plus
- Extensive knowledge of agile tools and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with Industry 4.0 solutions, including AI, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, backlog management, user story creation, and acceptance criteria development
- Strong ability to communicate and influence C-level executives and technical teams
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile platforms
- Experience working with UX and UI design teams to optimize product usability and adoption
