Job Description:
The Senior Manager - Digital Factory will be responsible for delivering Industry 4.0 use cases across all business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role involves prioritizing, managing, and executing up to 20 use cases per quarter, generating an annual run rate of approximately $10M per wave. Reporting to the Industry 4.0 Director, the Senior Manager will oversee the roadmap, define value-driven initiatives, and coach business areas in identifying and implementing use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Digital Value Roadmap in alignment with EGA\'s strategic objectives.
- Provide benchmarking insights and guide business leaders in shaping their Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the Industry 4.0 portfolio across the organization.
- Lead the prioritization and execution of Industry 4.0 use cases, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Organize and lead quarterly planning and execution cycles for up to 20 use cases.
- Ensure each use case has a clear value proposition, feasibility assessment, and implementation plan.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Drive agile best practices and facilitate the adoption of digital transformation methodologies.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure stakeholder engagement and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report key project KPIs, ensuring financial and operational success.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the metals, mining, or energy industry with expertise in Industry 4.0, data platforms, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, data science, and mathematical modeling.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and digital product management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, analytics tools, and agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and digital project lifecycle management.
