What You’ll Do

* Define project scope, roadmaps, KPIs, and budgets aligned with business objectives and compliance standards
* Manage integration of AI solutions with core banking systems, ensuring data accuracy and secure processing
* Oversee training and refinement of GPT-based models for classification, entity extraction, and document validation
* Coordinate with AI engineers, cloud architects, compliance teams, and vendors to drive timely implementation
* Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, UAE regulations, and global security frameworks throughout the deployment
* Drive change management initiatives, end-user training, and stakeholder alignment for adoption success
* Provide continuous updates to senior management, highlighting risks, milestones, and ROI metrics
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years of experience managing AI, automation, or digital transformation projects in the banking or financial sector
* Strong understanding of OCR workflows, AI/ML lifecycle, prompt engineering, and document processing logic
* Familiarity with KYC, loan forms, regulatory filings, and banking documentation
* Project certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum preferred
* Technical knowledge of AI platforms such as Azure AI, Google Vision, ABBYY, Amazon Bedrock, or Tesseract
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders
