What You’ll Do
* Provide L1/L2/L3 support for internet and mobile banking applications
* Monitor system performance and ensure seamless availability with minimal downtime
* Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to development or infrastructure teams when required
* Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive measures
* Manage application support and optimization using AWS services
* Collaborate on incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes
* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and banking regulations
Ideal Profile
* 4–8 years of experience in application support, preferably within banking or financial services
* Strong knowledge of internet and mobile banking platforms
* Hands-on experience with AWS for monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments
* Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
