Role Summary
Dicetek LLC is hiring a Business Analyst for a digital transformation role within Transaction Banking – Cash Product Management in Dubai. This position will focus on transitioning charge recovery processes from manual systems to a fully digitalized platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in product transformation initiatives within the banking sector, with hands-on exposure to cash management solutions, reconciliation engines, and UAT coordination.

What You’ll Do
* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CIT and SCDM product charge digitization
* Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, tech teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
* Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process flows, SOPs, and support documents in alignment with project scope
* Drive UAT by developing test cases, managing walkthroughs, and validating defect resolutions
* Facilitate rollout activities such as API integration testing, billing platform coordination, and end-user training
* Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, and operations to ensure project success and adherence to regulations
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Transaction Banking or Cash Management
* Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., Finacle) and charge billing engines
* Experience with reconciliation, collections, and reporting tools
* Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio
* Exceptional communication, coordination, and documentation skills
* Prior experience in the UAE banking sector preferred; Arabic language is a plus
