Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations
Role Summary
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to optimize manufacturing operations through process mapping, gap analysis, and data-driven recommendations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives, enhance business performance, and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
* Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
* Develop process flows, business cases, and user stories for solution design
* Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to align requirements and solutions
* Support Agile/Scrum-based project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting
* Perform data analysis to identify trends and inform business decisions
* Assist in creating and executing test plans to validate new systems and processes
* Provide end-user training and ongoing support for new solutions and tools
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Manufacturing Operations Engineering, or related field
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing operations context
* Proven experience in Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing initiatives
* Proficient in business process modeling tools, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
