This role supports the daily operations of the bank’s digital asset custody platform, including transaction execution, reconciliation, and compliance reporting. What You’ll Do
* Perform daily custody transactions including transfers, minting, burning, and reconciliation of digital assets
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure operational data integrity
* Support internal and external inquiries related to custody services and escalate issues appropriately
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Assist in preparing documentation for audits, compliance checks, and internal controls
* Participate in process improvement discussions to enhance efficiency and security
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
* At least 2 years of experience in financial operations or asset custody, preferably with exposure to digital assets
* Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, digital asset transaction flows, and custody procedures
* Knowledge of security protocols including cryptographic approvals and private key management
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the digital finance ecosystem is an advantage
* Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
