The ideal candidate will have strong command over Python, Apache Airflow, SQL, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks. This role focuses on building robust data solutions that support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence for enterprise applications.

* Architect and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Airflow, Python, and SQL
* Design normalized and denormalized data models for analytical and transactional systems
* Optimize database performance across PostgreSQL and MySQL using indexing, partitioning, and caching
* Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate requirements into automated data workflows
* Enforce data quality, governance, and privacy policies across structured and semi-structured datasets
* Implement real-time monitoring and alerting for pipeline health, latency, and availability
* Build CI/CD pipelines for data deployment and testing using GitHub or GitLab integrations
* Document processes, workflows, and best practices to support data democratization across the organization
* Maintain infrastructure for data orchestration, scheduling tools, and disaster recovery readiness
Candidate Requirements
* Proven expertise in Python programming for data engineering
* Strong command of SQL, including writing complex queries and optimization
* Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and workflow orchestration
* Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
* Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
* Deep understanding of ETL/ELT architecture, data modeling, and transformation logic
* Knowledge of data privacy and security protocols across cloud or on-prem data environments
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams in fast-paced, data-intensive environments
* Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
