The role is responsible for driving enterprise architecture initiatives, managing SAP architecture strategy, and optimizing digital tools such as LeanIX and Signavio to enhance process efficiency, scalability, and governance.

Role Summary
The EA Digital Tool Consultant leads solution architecture design and governance within the enterprise architecture landscape. The position focuses on leveraging LeanIX and Signavio tools for business process optimization, managing architecture-related risks, and ensuring alignment with Al-Futtaim’s SAP and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the solution architecture team to deliver scalable and efficient digital architecture solutions.
* Define and advance SAP architecture strategy while ensuring adherence to governance and enterprise standards.
* Perform end-to-end solution architecture activities including design, implementation, and oversight.
* Drive optimization and integration of LeanIX and Signavio tools to improve business process management and decision-making.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
* Support architecture governance processes by developing and maintaining standards, documentation, and best practices.
* Identify and mitigate architecture-related risks, ensuring minimal customization through adoption of standard SAP features.
* Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance enterprise architecture capability.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or process management consulting.
* Proven hands-on expertise in configuring and integrating LeanIX.
* Experience with Signavio Process Manager, including process modeling, analysis, and governance.
* Proficiency in API-based integrations, GraphQL, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
* Knowledge of SAP ecosystem and familiarity with TOGAF or ArchiMate frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to align technical solutions to business needs.
* Experience in IT portfolio management, application rationalization, and capability modeling.
* Leadership and team management experience with a focus on continuous improvement.
