Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS Solutions (Middle East)

Role Summary
Creatio, a global leader in AI-native workflow and CRM automation platforms, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Middle East region. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets within the assigned territory
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting large enterprises
* Generate new business opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers in Business and IT
* Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations
* Focus on new logo acquisition while driving cross-sell and up-sell within existing accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams including technical, product, and executive resources to deliver client success
* Accurately manage forecasting, CRM updates, and reporting

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience targeting large organizations
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and executive-level engagement
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree required; strong technical curiosity and learning agility preferred
* Familiarity with CRM/BPM software solutions is an advantage
* Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
