Job Overview
The HR Systems Integration Specialist will ensure seamless integration between HR and project management platforms while maintaining high standards of data quality and reporting accuracy. This role serves as a vital link between HR, Operations, and Technology teams, supporting both implementation and post-go-live system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Collaboration
* Act as the central liaison between HR, Operations, and project stakeholders
* Participate in system implementation sessions and document functional workflows
* Analyze HR business needs to shape system configurations and user experience
* Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrated system features
* Prepare user manuals and training documentation for system rollout
Data Management & Integrity
* Maintain synchronized HR data across Oracle HRMS and PMS systems
* Monitor data quality and address discrepancies in employee or organizational records
* Ensure system updates reflect real-time changes in staffing, roles, or project allocation
Reporting & Analytics
* Review and generate HR-related reports to support workforce analytics
* Validate report outputs and ensure alignment with business and compliance needs
System Integration & Support
* Facilitate accurate data flow between HR and project systems
* Troubleshoot integration challenges and propose technical solutions
* Identify integration risks affecting HR operations and propose mitigations
Compliance and General Support
* Ensure full compliance with information security, safety, and HR policies
* Support HR transformation projects through assigned duties beyond core integration tasks
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management, system integration, or digital HR implementation
* Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS is mandatory
* Proven experience managing data integrity and testing HR systems
* Experience in the GCC region or large-scale HR transformation projects is preferred
Skills:
* In-depth understanding of HRMS platforms, integration workflows, and reporting
* Strong command of project coordination and system validation processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR reporting tools
* Ability to work cross-functionally and independently under tight deadlines
