Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support IT change management processes in line with department goals
* Maintain change records, schedules, and meeting agendas for CAB (Change Advisory Board) sessions
* Assist with impact analysis, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement
* Prepare change communications, meeting minutes, reports, and documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of changes across departments
* Provide input for training, user readiness, and resistance management planning
* Evaluate and track the success of change activities through measurable outcomes
* Assist in integrating change strategies into broader project plans
* Support senior leaders and project teams with change guidance and communication
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related discipline
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT support, change coordination, or business analysis
* Familiarity with structured change methodologies and industry best practices
* Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000 standards, or other service management frameworks preferred
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
* Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow or OpenText Service Manager is a plus
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is desirable
* Must be flexible to work in shifts if required
