Dicetek is hiring an L1 IT Support Technician in Dubai to serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance. The role requires troubleshooting basic IT issues, managing support tickets, and assisting with AV setup and maintenance during meetings and events. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to technical queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
* Troubleshoot basic IT issues: login problems, software installs, connectivity
* Document user interactions and solutions in the helpdesk system
* Escalate complex incidents to L2 support with complete case documentation
* Assist users in navigating IT platforms and business applications
* Follow service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution
* Support backend enterprise systems: Fusion ERP, Banner, SAP BI, Black Board
* Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment for corporate meetings

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent; IT support certifications preferred
* Experience in customer service or IT helpdesk roles is an advantage
* Familiarity with Fusion HCM, Integration, and Reporting tools
* Basic knowledge of network and software troubleshooting
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain tech to non-technical users
* Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
