We are hiring a Lead ETL Architect with deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) for an onsite role in Dubai, UAE. This senior-level position will lead enterprise-wide data integration and migration initiatives across platforms like Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate is a hands-on data integration strategist with extensive experience in ETL architecture, legacy system refactoring, cloud migration, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do
* Lead all ETL development and architectural efforts using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC
* Own, monitor, and optimize daily PowerCenter job executions and workflows
* Refactor legacy integration jobs to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Plan and execute cloud migration of ETL workloads from PowerCenter to Informatica IDMC
* Collaborate with database, application, and business teams to streamline data pipelines
* Implement and manage workflow scheduling, alerting systems, and orchestration tools
* Drive root cause analysis for integration failures and implement durable solutions
* Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and quality standards
* Mentor junior ETL developers and support staff, sharing best practices and code reviews
Candidate Requirements
* 8–10+ years of ETL and data integration experience, with expert-level proficiency in PowerCenter
* Proven track record of migrating legacy ETL to Informatica IDMC or other cloud platforms
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion data structures
* Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills; strong grasp of integration architecture and tuning
* Experience with Control-M, Tidal, or Informatica Scheduler tools
* Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent stakeholder communication and solution design capabilities
* Immediate availability or short notice preferred
Preferred Skills
* Experience with metadata management, data quality tools, and governance practices
* Understanding of API integrations, SOAP/REST, and event-driven data flows
* Exposure to DevOps workflows and cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake)
