We are hiring a Loyalty Business Intelligence Analyst in Dubai to lead the data analytics and reporting strategy for our loyalty program. This is a high-impact role focused on forecasting, KPI development, fraud prevention, and optimizing performance using data-driven insights across the loyalty ecosystem. Candidates with 6–10 years of experience in data-heavy loyalty roles, BI tools, and CRM integration are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain loyalty dashboards, KPIs, and executive performance reports
* Forecast point liability, redemptions, and member behavior impact
* Drive personalization and campaign performance through cohort analysis and segmentation
* Own points reconciliation processes with earning and redemption partners
* Act as business owner for Loyalty Management System (LMS), ensuring integration, upgrades, and data accuracy
* Monitor unusual activity to prevent fraud across all loyalty program channels
* Lead data compliance efforts in coordination with internal audit and security
* Support strategic loyalty projects including credit card partnerships and tier revamps
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor\'s in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, or related discipline
* 6–10 years of experience in loyalty analytics or related data strategy roles
* Proven ability in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, advanced Excel skills
* Experience managing loyalty or CRM platforms and integrating system workflows
* Familiarity with fraud frameworks, audits, and compliance standards
* Strong data accuracy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
