Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant Job Vacancy in Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time or contract role suited for professionals with strong domain knowledge in Oracle Supply Chain modules and hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end functional tasks related to Oracle SCM enhancements, changes, and projects
* Conduct comprehensive activities including requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, impact assessment, and configuration
* Execute all testing cycles (Functional, Integration, UAT, Performance)
* Perform setups in Oracle EBS test and production environments
* Collaborate with development teams to support customizations and technical designs
* Liaise with business users to confirm requirements, validate solutions, and support deployment
* Prepare detailed documentation such as functional designs, test plans, cutover strategies, and release notes
* Participate in release management and comply with ITSM and change management policies
* Raise and manage Oracle SRs for issue tracking and resolution
* Functionally contribute to OBIEE report design and validation
* Follow all internal documentation and ticketing standards
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant
* At least 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS 12.2.x implementations
* Strong functional experience in SCM modules: Purchasing, Services Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, iProcurement, Sourcing, WMS, and Mobile Supply Chain
* Experience with WMS processes and integrations with solutions like Intellinum
* Proven track record in user training, UAT support, and deployment activities
* Expertise in AIM or OUM methodologies for documentation and training
Skills
* Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and presentation skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to manage tasks independently under pressure
* Coordination experience across onshore and offshore teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in healthcare supply chain systems
* ITIL Foundation certification
* Exposure to Oracle SCM Cloud
